Rafael loves precise and clean work. The farm was his second home. After a commercial apprenticeship, he then returned to his real passion, the craft. In 2015, he successfully completed a bricklaying apprenticeship and trained as a customer bricklayer. He then expanded his horizons in garden and swimming pond construction and was able to gain several years of experience as a foreman. In 2020, he founded the construction company PZ Bau GmbH with his partners Mauricio Zimmermann and Giovanni Spagnu This career laid the foundation for the takeover of the company “Poolbeschichtung Schweiz GmbH” from the industry pioneer Erich Züger.

Mauricio is our foreman and also the owner of the company PZ Bau GmbH. Whenever we are looking for solutions to build, we work hand in hand with PZ Bau GmbH. His solution-oriented and flexible thinking is a great enrichment for our team. He also speaks Spanish, Italian and French, which is always very helpful. We are happy to have you in the team.

Giovanni is also a foreman and at the same time the owner of the company PZ Bau GmbH. As a trained bricklayer and expert in the field of waterproofing in construction, he is the ideal addition to our team. He has an eye for detail, and we certainly wouldn’t want to do without his craftsmanship. We are happy to have you in the team.

Joëlle is responsible for administration, marketing, order planning, accounting and is the first point of contact for our customers, partners and suppliers.

Joëlle is a trained tourism specialist HF, has several years of experience in the field of sporting events and in real estate management.

She always puts her heart and soul into it, gets things done and thinks outside the pool.
